I stumbled upon your blog... after a really long time... yes, I had been here before, but somehow lost the link...
I am a total stranger to you and I do not know what is ailing your Mum. But I honestly hope She will be better (or if the situation is bad wherein she is, the same will get better). Keep telling her this. Give her hope. Believe and make her believe.
I am sure the prayers will reach the Gods (if there be any). But, now it is only you who can give her joy. Tell her everything will be alrite. Believe WITH her.
I am sorry. I wish words had the power to heal people and their situations. I really do. I would have kept on writing...

Akka... If there is one thing I have faith in, its the power of Hope. Sometimes, if we trust something to happen - no matter what the odds - it WILL happen. I am speaking from experience and when I tell you that the power of human WILL and LOVE can overcome anything on this planet , I mean it. Dear Purpleheart, remember me? I stopped blogging in July last year but has since started blogging again. I lost my husband three years ago and did not think I could live without him, but life does go on, and there is nothing you can do or want to do to stop it.
This is already September, I do not know what has happened since March. I pray to the One, the Most Merciful, the Giver of life, the Taker of life, to give what is best for your Mom and what is best for you.
